Parents Choice?

  • Many parents feel burdened by the choice between circumcising or not but really you need not be - let your son decide.
  • They are not born with an emergency that needs to be dealt with immediately - it can wait until he is grown and can make the decision himself.
  • What if he grows up and doesn't agree with your decision for him?
  • If he is intact, he can choose to get circumcised - problem solved.
  • If he is circumcised, he can chose restoration but it will never give him back what was lost by 100% - irreversible.
  • Just explain to them that you wanted it to be his choice - what man would complain about that?
  • Many parents chose circumcision having only a vague notion of why they did.
  • Many parents are led to believe that circumcision is safer than leaving the penis in its natural form.
  • Circumcision is irreversible and the only person having to live with this decision for the rest of their life is the baby himself.
  • The foreskin is not a ticking time bomb....it can be left up to him.
  • You'd think, as a parent, that people would have to show you very compelling reasons TO circumcise, not the other way around . (The Burden of Proof)
  • Society hides behind the name circumcision but the surgery is genital mutilation. 
  • It happens that it's a form of genital mutilation that our society is very comfortable with, just as many societies are comfortable with female circumcision, i.e. removal of the labia and/or clitoris. 
  • After your baby is born, please take a good long look at your baby's body and see which parts you think are less than perfect and need to be cut off. 
  • It's my hope that you'll see that your baby is absolutely perfect as designed.
  • If you feel you have not, I highly suggest watching a procedure being done. 
  • If you cannot bare to watch it, how can you ask your son to endure it himself? 
  • This is not a simple operation. 
  • One of the risks is death and even if it goes well, you will have altered his body permanently.
  • It is important that you become informed of the importance of keeping your child’s sexual organs whole, and the harm that is caused by circumcision. 
  • Circumcision is not only harmful and dangerous to the child (children die every day from circumcision), but it has an impact on the adult they become, as it creates negative consequences in the future as well.
