"I'm Circumcised and I'm Fine"

  • A study was performed on intact and circumcised penises to test sensitivity.
  • They used frequency waves, starting on the lowest frequency and increasing it until the men felt something.
  • The five most sensitive areas on an intact penis were on the foreskin.
  • It took a much higher frequency for circumcised men to feel anything.
  • Why?
  • Because an average penis has roughly 24,000 nerves with 20,000 being on the foreskin.
  • The foreskin is meant to roll back along the shaft during intercourse giving the whole shaft sensation.
  • It also protects the head of the penis, keeping it moist and lubricated (if you've had sex you know how important lubrication is).
  • Without a foreskin, the penis must build up layers of skin for protection, like the bottom of feet.
  • It's like the difference between baby feet and adult feet.
  • As a circumcised man, you are left with roughly 4,000 of the almost 30,000 nerves you were born with and now those nerves are calloused over decreasing your sensation even more.
  • Men circumcised late in life say they feel they have lost 90% of the feeling on their penis.
  • What about those circumcised men that climax easily and maybe wouldn't want more sensation because of that?
  • Besides the foreskin giving more sensation, it also gives more control over how much sensation the head of the penis receives (which is where your climax is reached).

  • Many circumcised men live with two secret fears: that they are sexually impaired and that they will be exposed as sexually impaired. 
  • As they become aware of the facts about the foreskin and circumcision, their fear that they are impaired is confirmed. 
  • As they realize that others are becoming aware of the same facts, their fear that they will be exposed as impaired comes true. 
  • The result is often a paralyzing mixture of feelings few men would care to acknowledge: shock, humiliation, anxiety, frustration, anguish, bitterness, resentment, rage, depression, despair, and envy of males whose foreskins are intact. 
  • It's not that men prefer to be circumcised, it's just that once they are, they often keep their real thoughts and feelings about it to themselves and pretend contentment or indifference in an attempt to make the best of it.
